First trial of ‘Islamic CSO’ case has seen which a plot of FETO
ADANA - The case which opened in Adana with the plots of FETO/PDY and 12 Islamic CSO’s members are on trial without arrest is adjourned till 24 November.
In Adana, the first trial of the case which opened with the plots of judges and prosecutors of FETO/PDY, 12 members of Islamic CSO are on trial without arrest, has been seen in Adana High Criminal Court.
The trial has adjourned till 24 November where members of Islamic CSO and their attorneys were attended. In the trial, criminal charge has been read and attorneys and defendants had their defenses.
Defendants and attorneys uttered in the court that the file is a plot of FETO, they remarked that judges, prosecutors and police officers who has signed to this case are suspended from duty because of being FETO member. The court board has adjourned the trial till 24 November 2016.
Abdulgani Orhan, one of the case’s attorney stated after the trial that they believe the case will result with release.

Questions which asked in the trial are not based on any financial reason said Orhan, “There are 12 people are on trial in the file. 11 people of those have attended to the trial. Claims have been asked. Pleads are held that the claims are basing on none financial reason. The trial has adjourned to a next date because of some missed processes. One of the important issue in the file that the file was prepared in 2011. It is an important issue that those police elements who have prepared the file, 10 judges and 7 prosecutors who ordered physical surveillance for the file are suspended from duty. The first trial of the file has been done, after elimination of deficiencies we believe files of Elazığ Ihya-Der or Konya Mustazaf-Der which its file was known as plot file and it has been broken will result with release.”
