After sent off their letters, families made a press statement in front of post office. They expressed that their members are unjustly in jails for years due to plots and demanded for rehearing way to be opened.
Fehmi Balka who has read press statement on behalf of February 28 and FETO victim families, reminded that after July 15 FETO’s coup attempt operations have launched on FETO’s members who infiltrated into state.
Balka remarked that it is a real fact and known by everyone for 40 years FETO assigned their members firstly in military, civil service and judiciary and all state’s institutions with tricks, threaten, blackmails and plots.
Innocent people spend their life in prisons due to ‘terrorist’ tag
Balka continued his speech and said, “Thousands of innocent people are still spending their life in prisons due to ‘terrorist’ tag. Those people have put in jails in the spring age with the cognovits prepared by FETO’s police by tortures, plots and slanders, with the indictments prepared by FETO’s prosecutors, with decisions given by FETO’s judges and lastly with the decision of approval orders given by FETO’s members of supreme court. We are in a period that FETO members dismiss from in all levels of the state, especially from judgment and law-enforcements. Muslims who are victimized by this mischievous network and jailed unjustly shouldn’t be forgot this this period. The oppression they have exposed shouldn’t be ignored.”
FETO members pinned their unsolved murders on innocent people
Balka drew attention to unsolved murder made by FETO pinned to those innocent people who were known with their Islamic serves and added, “It is not hard to find in courts’ archives how FETO pinned unsolved murders on innocent people, how they regulate imaginary organizations which never exists, and jailed people on those imaginary organizations. Is this can be explained with justice and fairness those who charged innocently with terrorism and jailed by those judges and prosecutors which they are also in jailed because of ‘Terror organization member’ which innocents and others are in jails? In this period while FETO members are being arrested, those innocent people need to reach their freedom.” (ILKHA)
