Helicopter crashes in Istanbul: 7 dead
ISTANBUL - It has reported that seven people were killed in the fall of helicopter belonging to a private company in Istanbul Büyükçekmece.
Due to heavy fog in Büyükçekmece, TC-HEZ tail registered civilian helicopter belonging to Eczacıbaşı was reported to have fallen.
After the helicopter crashed into the TUYAP tower due to the fog, it was reported that the helicopter had fallen into the E5 highway and started to burn. It was stated that there were 7 people in the helicopter, one Turkish citizen and 4 crews with Russian nationality. It was said that 7 people died.
A large number of health, fire and AFAD teams were dispatched to the area.
