Decision to extend emergency state for another 3 months in Turkiye
ANKARA - Following the meeting of the Council of Ministers, the Government Spox Numan Kurtulmuş, stated that the emergency state will extend for another 3 months with the decision of the Assembly.
Following the meeting of the Council of Ministers, the Government Spox and Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmuş were in a statement. Kurtulmuş, announced that the Assembly will extend emergency state for another three months.
Kurtulmuş stated that on Wednesday the period of state of emergency will extend for another 3 months, saying, “The NSC advised to the Council of Ministers on the issue of extending emergency state. Taking this decision into consideration, the article about the 3 month extension of the state of emergency was taken from 01.00 on Wednesday and the decision of the Council of Ministers was signed. The matter will come to the Turkish Grand National Assembly and will be extended for another 3 months.” (ILKHA)
