SIIRT - Some people pretending that they held questionnaire, argued with shopkeeper about “voting for HDP’’ and afterwards a group attacked the shop by throwing Stones.

Claimed that helding questionnaire at shops in Bahcelievler district of Siirt, 3 people asked questions whether they were going to “vote for HDP” and they were arguing with those whom give the answer of “No”. Few hours after the argument a group of people whose face was closed, did attack to the shops whome answers were “No”.

The shopkeepers, whose glasses were broken due to attacks held by group, applied to prosecutor and complained. Police have checked the security cameras around the area to catch the attackers.

Visiting the shopkeepers whose shops were attacked by group Siirt parliament candidate Yasin Aktay, said that 5 shops were attacked in 2 days.

Aktay, said that “At first some people who pretended that they held questionnaire, came to shops, apartments and asked about their opinions. After another comes and questions why they don't want to vote for HDP and threat them. They threat them by Saying did they think what will happen to them if HDP can't exceed the 10 % election treshold If they still can’t get the positive response then they break all of the glasses and leave. The artisans that we visited, feel themselves under threat and they are seriously afraid. We realise that they are more determined over not to vote for HDP.” (ILKHA)
