A strong response to PKK from the Peshmerge commander
NEWS CENTER - The Peshmerge Commander of West Dicle Zaim Ali insisted that the PKK should leave the area as they are disturbing the Kurdistan boarder in Turkey.
The Commander of Kurdistan Administrative Peshmerge Forces of West Dicle Zaim Ali stated that the PKK should leave the area, in his statement published on Kurdistan Democratic Party’s official website.
PKK is disturbing the Kurdistan boarder in Turkey and their existence there is not legitimised said Zaim Ali.
Zaim Ali also underlined that civilians are sacrificed and the PKK is to be blamed for this because Turkey attacks the villages that the PKK hide, “Turkey will not be attacking these villages if the PKK leave. PKK should therefore leave and residents who were forced to leave should go back to their houses.”
A thousand villages were emptied out because of PKK
Zaim Ali underlined that the PKK blocks peoples way and this results in deaths, as a result of this a thousand villages were emptied out.
Zaim Ali also remarked that the areas used by the PKK are touristic areas, “There are high mountains and water resources in Kelesin, Kandil, Nereve and Rekan. The public used these areas for touristic visits however the PKK is blocking people from going there by setting up a security control area. They also block peoples way that results in deaths.” (ILKHA)
