Japanese to come form Marmara Earthquake
BURSA - Japanese earthquake experts who will come to Turkey to monitor the seismic activity in the Marmara Sea will also join Smart Municipality Summit in Bursa.
Th 7,8 and 7,4 magnitude earthquakes occured in succession in Nepal brings the possible Marmara earthquake to mind.
Smart Municipality Summit is going to start tomorrow in which Earthquakes and tsunami wll be discussed in all aspects of the scenerio in detail. Nagoya University Disaster Research Center director Prof. Yoshiyuki Kaneda who is the head of Turkey Japan Cooperation for Marmara Region Earthquake and Disaster Risk Reduction Project as well, is also joining the summit.
At the summit of which opening speech is going to be made by Health Minister Mehmet Müezzinoğlu, Prof. Kaneda will explain the size of seismic activity in the bottom of Marmara Sea. (ILKHA)
