Sait Sahin reacted over ballot papers

Independent candidate Sait Sahin said that,” The names of the independent candidates were written so small on the ballot papers that it was hardly read .We asked them to put the pictures of the candidates but this was rejected. Not only they rejected our demand but also they used 14-16 font size for parties’ emblem whereas independent candidates names were written in 8 font size. Unfortunately Turkey isn’t a country in which justice has been established .

Independent candidate Sait Sahin voted in Recep Tayyip Erdogan neighborhood at Mustafa Kemal Pasa primary school at 1094th ballot box.

Before he voted, he condemned the unfairness of Supreme Committee of Election and expressed that,” At this circumstance that there are some ones conduct pressure over voters by using weapons and there are some others use the power of government whereas we suffer another unrighteousness of Supreme Committee of Election that didn’t provide a free election for people. We condemn this unfairness.”

After casting his vote Sait Sahin made an explanation in front of the school where he voted. Indicating that,” Today is 7th June and we worked a lot in the cities street by streets and prepared for this election. First of all, May Allah bless this election particularly in Bingol and in all country. But we still don’t have a fair election that the voters reflect their will. This is not just because of some ones who use guns or pressure over people by threatening them but also we witness that the ruling party’s pressure over the voters. Furthermore the Supreme Committee of Election prepared ballot papers prevent the voters from voting comfortably. Though the party names were written in 14-16 font size, independent candidates’ names were written in 8 font size.” said Sait Sahin.

“In spite of all problems I pray Allah to bless this General election for all of us which was clearly can be regarded as an unfair one that some groups threaten people besides that some others use the power of government.“ said Sait Sahin.(ILKHA)
