HUDA PAR demands the observance of delegation from trades
VAN - HUDA PAR Provincial Organisation Committee visited the Van Tradesmen and Craftsmen Credit and Guarantee Cooperative stating that positive discrimination should be stressed to tradesmen for the loss caused due to violence in the region.
Free Cause Party (HUDA PAR) Province Executive Lawyer Rasim Saygin and his committee visited the Van Tradesmen and Craftsmen Credit and Guarantee Cooperative. The comittee was welcomed by the newly elected Branch Chairman Erdal Toktamis.
Saygin wished success and congradulated the Cooperative Chairman Toktamis and tradesmen in Van also gave some information about the challenges they have faced.
Saygin noted that the artisans of Van have faced serious difficulties in terms of security and instabilities due to the recent violent events in the region. The artisans gave also stated that they were not this distressed even during the big earthquake period in Van.
Saygin also reminded that he made credit support to the artisans from the KOSGEB due to the earthquake. He remarked that people now are stressed because their loan applications are rejected as they were previously granted with a loan during the earthquake period.
Saygin added that this is an unacceptable reason: "It is not justifying to reject loan applications only because KOSGEB had already lended credit due to the earthquake. The loss ana damage caused cannot be imposed on the artisans as they have been victimised in the violent events and the previous loan was mandotory with valid reasons. We visited your office today to eliminate the grievances. This problem should be eliminated by positive discrimination to the people of Van and the artisans."
The visit concluded after talks on regional issues. (ILKHA)
