Syrian baby loses her life due to malnutrition and cold
ADANA - A Syrian woman’s 1 year old daughter, who fled Syria civil war, died from hunger and cold in Adana couch station.
A Syrian woman, who was fleeing civil war in Syria with her five children on foot, has lost one of her daughter due to malnutrition and cold in Adana couch station.
The Syrian woman named Nesrin Berdoş (33) reportedly after Russians have intensified air raids to the north of Aleppo, took her five children who was the smallest of five was only 1 year old, fled civil war and reached Hatay province on foot.
The woman and her children came to Adana couch station last night to be transferred to an Istanbul-bound bus. They had the night there in the station. After Berdoş had realized that her 1 year old daughter wasn’t moving wrapped to a blanket she tried to wake her up.
Berdoş asked help from people about there and an ambulance was called to the station. The health team examined the Garam baby but the baby had already lost her life.
Died from hunger and cold, Garam baby’s body was taken to the Adana Forensic Institute for medical examination. After loss of her little daughter, Mrs. Berdoş melted in tears and it is reported that Berdoş lost her husband four months ago.
On the other hand, it is reported that after the autopsy the body of Garam baby is going to be buried to common grave, since the baby hasn’t been requested by her mother due to financial impossibilities. (ILKHA)
