Supreme Court consolidates Yasin Börü case with another

DIYARBAKIR - The murder case of Yasin Börü and his friends, which is consist of 34 suspects, 17 of whom pending tried, consolidated with another case in which 6 suspects who are younger than 18 being tried for same incidents.

Supreme Court consolidates Yasin Börü case with another

Supreme Court has ruled for consolidation of two separate cases; murder case, in which 17 of whom pending in total 34 suspects being tried, of Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Riyat Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz who were killed savagely by PKK/HDP mobs while delivering meat to the indigents during 6-7 October events and another case consists of 6 suspects who are under 18 charged with participations violent acts during the protests.

The case file against 6 suspects who are under 18 was transferred to Ankara High Criminal Juvenile Court; and the court has ruled to consolidate this case with Yasin Börü case. However, Ankara 2nd High Criminal Court didn’t uphold the Juvenile Court’s verdict and submitted the demand to Supreme Court.

As it is remembered during 6-7 October events, Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Riyat Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz was brutally killed by pro HDP/PKK mob while delivering meat to people in need. (İLKHA)
