ELAZIG - In Elazig’s Palu town , tens of Holy Qurans were thrown to the Coast of Murat River, books belong to Fethullah Gulen and official documents about SODES were found.

In the region named Cumo that has a coast with Murat River in Palu, Yeni Mahalle neighborhood tens of Holy Qurans, Arabic alphabet books, hundreds of religious books including some of them belong to Fethullah Gulen and some documents about SODES found.

Some citizens walking next to the Murat River around Yeni Mahalle region yesterday at 01:00pm, found out that there were hundreds of books on the coast of the river. Going to the place, citizens couldn’t believe what they had seen.

On the coast of the river tens of Holy Qurans, Arabic alphabet books, hundreds of books that some of them belonged to Fethullah Gulen and many official documents including the correspondance in scoop of SODES.

Holy Qurans were thrown into the river

Informing Ilke News Agency (ILKHA) citizens, indicated that they were surprised in the beginning, but after words they took the Holy Qurans and the religious books to somewhere safe. Citizens indicated that besides hundreds of books found on the Coast of Murat River, also said same amount of books and documents were flooded within the covers of Beyhan dam to be opened.

Books and CDs belong to Fathullah Gulen were found

Indicating that 70% of books were belonged to Fethullah Gulen citizens, besides that said there were many homily CDs.

Many documents including correspondence of SODES were found

Many documents including correspondence of SODES, many official documents which are about Kovancilar youth center and Kovancilar education and charity association were thrown into river. In the documents, especially information on the amount of money that was received from the banks and the projects costs that were requested from the official institutions was seen.

It is unknown yet, whom the books and the documents were thrown to Murat River by.

Parallel structure operations in Palu and Kovancilar towns and ELzig center

On the other hand 8 suspects were arrested in the scoop of Parallel structure operation centered in Elazig and were held in 3 provinces and 2 districts.

Simultaneous operations took places in 11 addresses at early hours of morning in Elazig center, Kovancilar and Palu towns and Sakarya, Bitlis provinces in the scoop of Parallel structure operations conducted by Kovancilar town republic’s chief prosecutor. In the operations, 8 suspects were arrested. After the health checkup in Research and educational hospital, the suspect were taken to Elazig provincial police department for their statements.
